DELIVERY:

Items purchased from the online store will be despatched, by Australia Post – Registered Article, within 2 working days after payment has been received.

A $20.00 postage and packaging fee applies to articles posted within Australia.

RETURNS POLICY & CARE OF YOUR HAT OR FASCINATOR:

Materials used in millinery, particularly sinamay and feathers, are very fragile and require the utmost respect when handling. Every precaution will be taken when packing headpieces to minimise damage in transit.

Refunds/returns will be not be accepted due to change of mind.
